💰 Rate: $50.12 per hour + SuperWe're on the lookout for a skilled Desktop Support Officer to join a team of ICT professionals supporting enterprise environments across Microsoft Windows and M365. This is a huge opportunity to work with a major Governement Department.🔧 What you’ll work with:
- Operating Systems
- Microsoft 365
- Desktop & Mobile Hardware
- Network (TCP/IP, LAN, WAN)
- Conferencing tech
- Antivirus & scripting tools
- Strong troubleshooting & problem-solving skills
- Excellent customer service & communication
- Experience supporting large enterprise ICT environments
- Ability to work collaboratively within a tech team
