Champion WHS systems and ensure compliance across construction activities.
Mentor crews and support teams in delivering safe outcomes.
Conduct audits, inspections, emergency drills, and incident investigations.
Lead onboarding, inductions, and competency assessments.
Collaborate with internal teams, clients, regulators, and subcontractors.
Promote a proactive, positive safety culture across day and night shifts.

What You'll BringEssential:

Certificate IV in WHS (or equivalent)
Construction Induction Card (White Card)
Valid Driver's Licence
3+ years in construction/tunnelling safety roles

Desirable:

ICAM, Internal Auditing, Training & Assessing
Experience on major infrastructure projects
Underground excavation knowledge (TBM, drill & blast)
Regulator and client liaison experience
