We are seeking an experienced Electrical & Mechanical Estimator to join a well-established contractor delivering infrastructure projects across Western Australia. The role will focus on preparing and managing tenders up to $20m in value, with a strong pipeline of work in the resources and defence sectors. Projects include electrical and mechanical infrastructure works, particularly within industrial settings at locations such as fuel facilities.Key Responsibilities:

Take ownership of tenders from initial enquiry through to final submission
Prepare accurate cost estimates across electrical and mechanical scopes
Review drawings, specifications, and project documentation
Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to gather pricing and scope information
Identify risks, opportunities, and value engineering options within tenders
Support bid presentations and negotiations with clients

About You:

Proven experience as an Estimator with a track record of managing tenders end-to-end
Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical infrastructure, ideally within fuel facilities or heavy industrial projects
Experience working in the defence or mining sectors
Proficient in estimating software and MS Office
Excellent analytical and communication skills
Must be an Australian Citizen (mandatory for security-cleared defence projects)
