- Prepare accurate cost estimates based on drawings, site information, and specifications
- Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to source current pricing
- Participate in bid preparation, submission, and post-tender negotiations.
- Conduct risk assessments and identify value engineering and cost-saving opportunities.
- Previous experience in Estimating position
- Solid understanding of construction principles, materials, and methodologies
- Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Engineering or similar equivalent
- Construction or residential experience - Advantageous
- Excellent communication skills, with a collaborative approach and a commitment to fostering a positive and productive team environment.
