
Project Engineer

- Managing and executing capital projects safely, on time, and within budget.
- Driving project management governance, contractor management, and compliance with WHSE standards.
- Partnering with site-based engineers and contractors to ensure efficient implementation, commissioning, and handover.
- Supporting efficiency and sustainability projects such as process heat recovery, energy reduction, production line upgrades and optimising that support World Class Manufacturing initiatives.
- Providing leadership and expertise in project management methodologies, change management, and capital program execution to continuously improve our capability to deliver the capital program.
- Engineering degree – Mechanical, Chemical or Mechatronic (or similar considered).
- Extensive experience in industrial/manufacturing settings with significant project/capital works delivery.
- Strong project management skills (PMBoK or similar), including governance and risk management.
- Experience in change management and stakeholder engagement across multiple sites.
- SAP and AutoCAD (3D) knowledge – highly regarded.
- The ability to travel and manage multi-site projects.
