Training Specialist

- Full-time, 7-month contract starting in September on a high-impact government project
- Assess training needs aligned with organisational change
- Design and develop engaging, high-quality training content
- Deliver training programs (in-person and online) to diverse staff groups
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders and project teams
- Coordinate training schedules and logistics
- Evaluate training effectiveness and adjust programs as needed
- Proven experience in end-to-end training design and delivery
- Experience in government or large, complex environments (highly desirable)
- Qualifications in workplace learning, education, or similar
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Confident using LMS platforms and content tools (bonus)
- Self-starter with strong organisation and time management skills
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
- A strong understanding of inclusive training practices
- Work on a meaningful transformation initiative
- Hybrid work model – 3 days in office, 2 from home
- Office located across from Parliament Station, Melbourne CBD
