In this hands-on position, you'll oversee day-to-day operations while inspiring your team to perform at their best.Key responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate staff to deliver great service
- Manage sales, rosters, and inventory
- Train, mentor, and develop team members
- Ensure food safety, health, and cleanliness compliance
- Work with senior management to hit targets
- At least 5 years' café or hospitality management experience
- Strong coffee and food knowledge
- A love for building high-performing teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain systems and standards
- Monday to Friday roster - no nights or weekends
