In this hands-on position, you'll oversee day-to-day operations while inspiring your team to perform at their best.Key responsibilities:

Lead and motivate staff to deliver great service
Manage sales, rosters, and inventory
Train, mentor, and develop team members
Ensure food safety, health, and cleanliness compliance
Work with senior management to hit targets

What You'll Bring

At least 5 years' café or hospitality management experience
Strong coffee and food knowledge
A love for building high-performing teams
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to maintain systems and standards
