- Lead and mentor a team of civil designers, ensuring the delivery of high-quality project outcomes.
- Undertake complex 3D modelling and civil design tasks using 12D software.
- Manage brownfield and greenfield design works, from initial concept through to detailed design.
- Oversee the delivery of designs across a wide portfolio of projects, including land development, resources, stormwater, wastewater, roads, and large-scale civil infrastructure.
- Provide technical leadership and project management to design team.
- Ensure all work is completed within the requirements of safety, quality, and client expectations.
- 10+ years' experience working in 12D as a civil designer.
- Proven experience leading design teams.
- Strong 3D modelling skills with demonstrated experience in both brownfield and greenfield works.
- Extensive background across commercial development, sub-divisions, stormwater, wastewater, and/or major civil infrastructure (including roads and retaining walls).
- Proficiency in bulk earthworks, haul and access roads, civil pads, dams, and rehabilitation projects.
- Ability to thrive in an agile working environment with a high volume of concurrent projects.
