
Senior Product Manager - Telecom

- Define product vision and contribute to broader product strategy aligned with market needs and technology trends.
- Use competitive intelligence and customer insight to influence roadmap direction.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration with engineering architects and commercial stakeholders to define, design and deliver product capabilities that solve customer problems and scale with business growth.
- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of assigned product sets. Review performance metrics, drive enhancements, and manage transitions (e.g., sunset, upgrade, scale).
- Own relationships with key vendors and partners to ensure delivery of commercial and technical outcomes.
- Drive innovation and secure commercial advantage through effective engagement.
- Provide subject matter expertise to sales, solutions architects and bid teams for custom opportunities.
- Support development of non-standard pricing and product packages.
- A minimum of 7 years experience in product management, telecommunications technologies in any technical role.
- A minimum of 5 years taking products to market - defining, business casing, designing, and executing on a product vision.
- Expert product ideation and conceptualisation skills
- Business telecommunications connectivity solutions and Integrated solutions for B2B environments.
- Integrated calling solutions and Call Centre operations
- Network: internet, connectivity, load balancing, observability, DNS and High availability: multi-path connectivity
