About the roleThe Health Administration Coordinator leads, coordinates and develops the centralised administrative support function for the Health team.This role is responsible for managing all administration and business support functions, working closely with the Health Manager and Team Leaders to drive process improvements, deliver consistent practices, and enhance customer experience.The position also plays a key role in analysing and presenting data to support effective reporting, operational planning and strategic decision-making.A little more about the role
  • Lead and support a team of business support officers to deliver efficient and high-quality services.
  • Coordinate internal and external reporting requirements, including operational planning and compliance reporting
  • Champion excellent customer service and build strong relationships across branches and with stakeholders.
  • Contribute to process, technology and system improvements to drive consistency and effectiveness.
