Sales Representative – Precast Pools | Commission involved!Based in Rocklea and for Site Visits Across SEQ | Full-Time, Permanent | Company Vehicle | Flexible work hours | No cold calling needed | Salary is negotiable based on experienceAbout the RoleWe’re recruiting on behalf of a highly respected precast pool manufacturer who is seeking a seasoned Sales Representative to join their growing team based in Rocklea. This role suits someone who’s as confident closing a deal as they are building genuine rapport with clients on site.You'll be the key point of contact for residential and commercial clients, managing sales from initial enquiry through to final delivery—supported by streamlined systems, solid leads, and a product that truly sells itself.   • Manage the full sales process from enquiry to close
  • Conduct client consultations both on-site and remotely
  • Use Kenalbuild software to manage sales activity and pipeline
  • Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth project delivery
  • Represent the brand professionally and authentically in the market
What We’re Looking For
  • 5+ years’ experience in a sales role (construction, building products, or landscaping preferred)
  • Proven track record of hitting and exceeding targets
  • Strong communication and consultative sales skills
  • Experience with Kenalbuild or similar sales/project management tools
  • Valid driver’s licence
  • Ability to manage time effectively and work autonomously
