- Currently seeking Expressions of Interest from experienced HR and Talent leaders.
- Design and deliver industry-leading HR and Talent strategies that support a fast-growing retail group.
- Own workforce planning, employer brand and high-volume hiring across stores, supply chain and head office.
- Partner with senior leaders to lift capability, culture, and compliance at scale.
- Talent Acquisition Leadership: Build and execute end-to-end recruitment strategies across retail stores, supply chain/DC, and head office roles.
- HR Partnering: Act as a trusted advisor to SLT and line managers; support with org design, performance, engagement, and change management.
- Employer Brand & Candidate Experience: Develop attraction campaigns, EVP, and onboarding programs to position the business as an employer of choice.
- Compliance & ER/IR: Ensure modern award, WHS, and ER compliance; advise on employee relations matters.
- Capability & L&D: Diagnose skill gaps; launch frontline leadership programs and scalable onboarding for high-volume environments.
- Analytics & Systems: Monitor TA metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, turnover); use HRIS/ATS to optimise recruitment processes.
- Policies: Refresh policies that balance pace with governance;
- Culture & Retention: Drive initiatives that enhance engagement, career progression, and long-term retention of top talent.
- Stakeholder Leadership: Partner with Country Managers, Retail/Operations, Supply Chain, and Finance to align people plans with commercial outcomes.
- 5+ years in HR leadership and/or TA leadership, ideally within Retail, FMCG or Consumer Sectors.
- Proven success in building and executing TA strategies, supporting both frontline operations and fast-scaling head office teams.
- Strong HR generalist knowledge including ER/IR, compliance, and WHS.
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills at SLT level.
- Commercial acumen with experience linking workforce planning to business performance.
- Hands-on, proactive style with the ability to scale people and recruitment frameworks.
