We have partnered with our expanding electrical client who are looking for a dedicated and versatile Internal Sales Specialist to join their Wangara based team. This role is essential to the smooth operation of their business, covering a range of responsibilities including internal sales, vendor management, and logistics management, stocktaking and being a good all rounderKey Responsibilities:
  • First point of contact with customers enquiries.
  • Develop quotes utilising existing quotation tools.
  • Engage with customers to provide order updates and payments.
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers when needed to order products and services.
  • Engage with logistics providers to manage deliveries and receipts.
  • Conduct stock takes and ensure accurate inventory records.
  • Support the management team with various ad-hoc tasks and projects.
About You – Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in an internal sales or similar client-facing role.
  • Working understanding of ERP systems and quick ability to learn.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and friendly demeanour.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fundamentals of good decision-making skills.
