- First point of contact with customers enquiries.
- Develop quotes utilising existing quotation tools.
- Engage with customers to provide order updates and payments.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers when needed to order products and services.
- Engage with logistics providers to manage deliveries and receipts.
- Conduct stock takes and ensure accurate inventory records.
- Support the management team with various ad-hoc tasks and projects.
- Proven experience in an internal sales or similar client-facing role.
- Working understanding of ERP systems and quick ability to learn.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and friendly demeanour.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Fundamentals of good decision-making skills.
