About the Role:Fantastic opportunity for a strong eCommerce candidate looking to make a real impact with a well loved and respected Australian Retailer. The successful candidate will:Key Responsibilities:
  • Management of business website along with their agency, with a focus on ongoing improvements to better meet audience needs and drive engagement and customers in-store and online
  • Full P&L management of the website and Online store.
  • Driving sales and profitability of the Online store.
  • Reporting and analysis of all main KPI’s to maximise profitability.
  • Ensuring the merchandising, promotions and product availability
effectively drive sales and conversion. * Lead enhancement projects for Ecommerce and fulfilment to maximiseefficiency. * Take ownership of email marketing and automation initiatives. Strategically plan, build, and refine automated email journeys that support customer retention and engagement. Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure automations align with broader marketing objectives.
  • Manage the website pages to ensure best practice UX.
  • Oversee the Digital marketing strategy to ensure effective ROAS.
  • Manage the relationship with external Digital agencies to ensure most
effective SEO, CRO & SEM plans and tactics. * Manage Online order fulfilment to constantly refine costs and deliverylead times. * Drive the company’s Omni channel strategy and ensure effective, timely and to budget roll out of all functionalities.
  • Oversee the development, implementation, and ongoing improvement of the CRM strategy, aimed at enhancing customer relationships through personalised experiences.
Key Skills Required:
  • 5 years' experience in an eCommerce role, most favourably within a Retail or B2C environment;
  • Strong commercial focus to deliver sales results;
  • Strong experience across CRM & Email Marketing
  • Solid understanding of eCommerce metrics and analytics data;
  • Ability to draw insights and make recommendations and implement changes to online store to maximise sales, conversion rate, average order value;
  • A positive, collaborative and solutions-focused attitude.
