  • Engage in continuous improvement work, including value stream analysis and process gap identification.
  • Lead or support projects across blow molding, injection molding, extrusion and thermoforming.
  • Create and maintain documentation including BOMs, technical drawings, test plans, and change control records.
  • Split time between lab/office and production (approx. 50/50).

  • 3+ years' experience in engineering roles within manufacturing (plastics, FMCG, food, or medical preferred).
  • Relevant engineering qualification: mechanical, electrical, mechatronics or similar.
  • Hands-on experience across production environments including troubleshooting, floor engagement, and cross-functional teamwork.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to lead documentation, quality tracking, and change control.
  • Culturally aligned with a family-first, values-driven team that is respectful, reliable, and collaborative.
Nice to Have
  • Experience with Microvu, CMM machines, or similar metrology tools.
  • Lean, Six Sigma, or value stream mapping exposure.
