Your Day-to-Day

Build trusted relationships with landlords, tenants & contractors
Oversee leasing, tenant selection, lease prep, and compliance
Manage maintenance, repairs, renewals & rent reviews
Deliver standout customer service with the help of smart tech

About You

Minimum 5 years’ property management experience (Senior level preferred)
WA Property Management Registration or Real Estate License
Confident knowledge of WA legislation & processes
Organised, proactive, and relationship-driven
Current WA driver’s license & reliable vehicle
