
Senior Project Officer

- Managing end-to-end project delivery, including planning, coordination, and execution.
- Leading change management activities and acting as a change champion to support staff through the transition.
- Coordinating and managing stakeholders to ensure alignment and smooth delivery.
- Overseeing office fit-out and relocation activities, including contractor and vendor liaison.
- Using Smartsheet to track, monitor, and report on project progress.
- Proven project management and change management experience.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills.
- Willingness to take a hands-on approach in the absence of dedicated lower-level support.
- Previous experience in office fit-out, relocation, or accommodation projects.
- Familiarity with Smartsheet (essential).
- Knowledge of Department of Housing and Works Fit-out processes(desirable but not essential).
- Term: 12 weeks (with potential extension to 6 months)
- Classification: Level 6 or 7 (depending on experience)
