- Coordinate internal approvals for PBS submissions.
- Create, update, and maintain PBS listings.
- Track and manage ongoing PBS submissions and related documentation.
- Conduct PBS embargo analysis and support deployment activities.
- Bi-annual SPD (Statutory Price Disclosure) analysis to support internal pricing workshops and deployment.
- Manage and review global MyIRP (International Reference Pricing) data and processes.
- Perform portfolio competitive analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Analyse IQVIA data to identify market trends and opportunities.
- Conduct customer loyalty and compliance analysis.
- Support commercial teams by maintaining customer deals, pricing, and product data in CRM and SAP systems.
- Ensure accurate and timely updates of customer pricing and product information with wholesalers.
- Maintain and coordinate product pricing and customer deals in CRM and SAP.
- Track and manage customer and pricing data to ensure consistency and accuracy.
- Deliver ad-hoc commercial analysis, reporting, and data handling as required.
- Participate in productivity improvement initiatives and cross-functional projects.
- Minimum of bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in; Commerce or Business.
- Experience within the Pharmaceutical, Consumer Health industry. A combination of experience and education will be taken into consideration.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in analytical role
- Strong customer service focus and excellent business acumen.
- Demonstrated attention to detail.
- Advance level of Excel skills
- Experience with CRM systems
- Effective time management and the ability to work autonomously as well as within a team.
- Must be eligible to work in Australia (Australian Citizen or appropriate Visa holder)
- Strong proven analytics system experience, such as Power BI
