- Develop and implement change management strategies to support technology-driven projects.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and manage potential impacts of change initiatives.
- Prepare and deliver communication plans to ensure stakeholder engagement and understanding.
- Facilitate training sessions to equip staff with the skills needed to adapt to new systems and processes.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change initiatives, providing feedback for continuous improvement.
- Create and maintain project documentation related to change management activities.
- Work closely with the organisation change manager, project team to align change activities with project timelines and objectives.
- Provide ongoing support to staff during the transition period, addressing concerns and queries.
- Experience in implementing change management strategies within the technology space.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Proficiency in creating training materials and delivering training sessions.
- Has previous experience working in the education industry.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills to meet project deadlines.
- A flexible and proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Familiarity with change management frameworks and methodologies.
- Competitive daily rate of approximately AUD 650-790 per day.
