Selection Criteria
  • Qualifications in accordance with Schedule C of the NSW Health Service Health Professionals (State) Award and eligibility for membership of the Australian Association of Social Workers
  • Extensive post graduate hospital experience in clinical social work practice within perinatal/women's Health
  • Knowledge and experience in working with issues of attachment, bereavement, trauma, child protection and domestic and family violence
  • Demonstrated high level negotiation, decision making and advocacy skills
  • Post Graduate experience in working with Indigenous people and marginalised groups
  • Ability to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team and to apply advanced reasoning skills and independent judgment when dealing with novel, complex or critical nature
