- Prepare clear, insightful management reports that monitor business performance across brands and departments.
- Lead the budgeting and forecasting process, including variance analysis and commentary.
- Partner with business leaders to provide financial insights and commercially sound recommendations.
- Conduct profitability analysis, margin reviews, and cost optimisation assessments.
- Perform scenario modelling and support investment, pricing and project-related decision-making.
- Interpret financial data and present findings in a clear, actionable format to both financial and non-financial stakeholders.
- Drive improvements in financial planning tools, dashboards, and reporting processes.
- Support the continuous enhancement of financial systems and operational efficiencies.
- Qualification in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- CPA or CA qualification (or working towards).
- 3+ years' experience in a management accounting or commercial finance role.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to link financial data to operational performance.
- Demonstrated experience in budgeting, forecasting and financial modelling.
- Advanced Excel and data analysis skills.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and problem-solving ability.
