- Act as strategic owner, accountable for the 18-month product strategy aligned with ELMO's 3-year vision
- Define and run product strategy, roadmaps, and OKR planning cycles with significant autonomy in decision-making
- Translate complex technical concepts into clear, compelling narratives for stakeholders at all levels
- Lead product launches and GTM activities, building confidence and buy-in for the product vision
- Establish and maintain strong, professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Actively work with cross-functional teams to ensure the correct business problems are being solved.
- Evangelise the ELMO product suite to build confidence and buy-in for the product vision.
- Conduct quantitative and qualitative research to inform prioritisation and solution design.
- Clearly articulate product requirements to engineering teams and maintain the product roadmap.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in product management roles, with a track record of successfully bringing software products to market.
- Leadership and team management skills.
- Bachelor's or advanced degree in a relevant field.
- Strong commercial acumen including numeracy.
- Demonstrated work experience of agile methodologies.
- Ability to identify roadblocks and conflicts and work towards a resolution to keep the project on track.
- Strong communication, presentation and listening skills.
- Excellent decision making and problem-solving skills.
