
Maintenance Supervisor

- Plan, schedule and manage individual and Service Delivery Partners (SDPs) works to meet required delivery timelines and contract KPI performance objectives.
- Ensure all maintenance works are completed in accordance with contract technical and quality specifications.
- Immediately cease and report any workplace activity (including that of other persons) which presents an immediate risk to safety, property or environment.
- Participate in/facilitate toolbox talks and training programs relating to safety with internal and external stakeholders SDPs.
- Pro-actively seek, build and maintain collaborative working relationships with peers, management, client representatives and SDPs to ensure delivery of results.
- Registered Building Practitioner under the Building Services (Registration) Act 2011 (WA) is desirable.
- Trade qualification within the general building and construction industry.
- Knowledge of work planning and scheduling procedures
- Experience in the monitoring and supervision of sub-contractors
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
