- Prepare accurate cost estimates and quotations for commercial and residential painting projects
- Interpret architectural plans, specifications, and tender documents
- Liaise with builders, project managers, and clients to scope and confirm project requirements
- Source supplier and subcontractor pricing and ensure competitive rates
- Track project costings and assist in tender submissions and budgeting
- Work closely with the delivery team to support smooth handover and project setup
- Minimum 5+years' experience in an Estimator role
- Experience within plastering essential - similar trades may be considered
- Ability to read and interpret drawings, take-offs, and scopes of work
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Construction Management degree, highly regarded.
- High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and time management skills
