
Site Environment, Waste and SHE Administration Coordinator

- Raising and managing all Purchase orders and processes for all SHE Suppliers, providers, and new and existing contracts.
- Complete monthly reporting by 7th or before of each month for ERS and SPR and finalise yearly reporting.
- Complete Annual Return and submitting via E-Connect system for EPA NSW.
- Completing NPI reporting on relevant pollutants according to industry yearly to EPA NSW.
- Complete NGERS Reporting annually.
- Coordinate sample tests for Air Emissions, Soil and Water Pollutants twice a year and review results for compliance.
- Coordinate Site Annual Environmental Management Meetings.
- Coordinate and manage all Waste Providers contracts in consultation with Procurement team.
- Complete site audits with Waste Providers and complete reports.
- Organise Monthly Waste Management Reviews with Waste Providers.
- Coordinate annual consultation of Company SHE Policies.
- Review Aspects & Impacts Register annually or as required.
- Identify projects to achieve SHE KPI’s and improvements.
- Develop and implement SHE procedures, information, health and wellbeing programs etc.
- Review and maintain existing SHE procedures.
- Coordinate annual emergency mock drills.
- Develop and implement annual SHE training.
- Monitor all incident reporting, investigation, root cause analysis, and corrective actions are completed within required time frame and sufficient information.
- Monitor all Critical Life Standard recommendations for completion.
- Monitor UMS, Process Safety, PAR Audits recommendations for completion.
- Provide SHE Statistical reports such as S-Matrix, SBO, Tags etc as, and when required.
- Lead Data & Digital for SHE in terms of innovation & analysis of the data.
- Maintain SHE Digital Dashboards, Lessons learnt dash boards, and SHE Pyramids data on shop floor up to date.
- Execute other SHE-related responsibilities and initiatives as directed by management, in alignment with evolving business priorities set by the leadership team.
- Minimum 5 years relevant experience in the areas of Safety, Health & Environment systems management in a manufacturing environment.
- Certificate IV in Safety or Environmental Management or higher qualification in a related field.
- Motivated to be hands on & spending time on the manufacturing shop floor.
- Strong working knowledge of New South Wales WHSE legislation.
- Excellent computer and literacy skills.
- Effective communication skills (both oral and written) at all levels including the ability to present information to a range of audiences.
- Sound people skills with the ability to establish and build on working relationships effectively across all levels of the organisation.
- Proven ability to develop and implement strategic plans.
- The ability to use data to determine trends and action plans.
- Familiar with relevant Australian Standards relating to a Manufacturing.
- Facility for Environmental and Waste Management.
- The ability to be able to work with a high degree of autonomy.

- Previous experience with Manufacturing Unionized Workforces.
