Your ImpactAs a Packaging Operator at our Abbotsford site, you will be responsible for operating packaging equipment, maintaining a clean and safe work environment, and performing general packaging duties. You will follow designated processes, maintain a high attention to detail, and problem-solve regularly. Our team is dedicated and enthusiastic about their work and joining us will allow you to develop your skills with the guidance of a supportive team.Please note: This is a Fixed Term Contract role on a rotating shift roster covering days, afternoons and nights. You must be available to start on the 1st of October and have full availability until the contract end period after Easter next year. The ability to work overtime is highly regarded.Key Responsibilities
  • Operate and manage packaging or brewing machinery.
  • Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues.
  • Adhere to safety regulations and maintain a clean work environment.
  • Conduct regular quality checks and ensure product standards.
  • Maintain accurate records of machine operations and maintenance.
  • Collaborate with team members and support fellow operators.
  • Identify and suggest improvements for operational efficiency and safety.
