Join our manufacturing team to set up, operate and maintain production machinery that delivers high-quality beverage products. You'll run equipment, perform quality checks, troubleshoot faults, and support the team to meet production targets safely and efficiently.This is a permanent, full-time opportunity with our night shift team, working 6pm-6am.Key ResponsibilitiesOperate, set up and maintain production machinery to ensure consistent, on-spec output and minimise downtimePerform quality checks, follow processes, and act quickly to prevent product loss or deviationsTroubleshoot faults and escalate issues to protect line capacity and delivery targetsMaintain safe, clean work areas and always use the correct PPE to protect yourself and othersSupport team activities such as material picking, basic stocktakes and any ad-hoc production needsAbout You
You're practical, reliable and comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment. You work well with limited supervision, keep a steady focus on quality, and enjoy hands-on technical work.You'll also bring:Proven experience in machine operation or manufacturing (FMCG/industrial experience valued)A strong commitment to safety and following established processesThe ability to troubleshoot, prioritise tasks and stay focused on repetitive work without sacrificing accuracyA collaborative attitude and willingness to support the teamWhy Asahi Beverages?
