This role blends strategic thinking with hands-on project delivery, ensuring innovative models are not only well designed but successfully translated into practice. This is a 12-month fixed term contract opportunity.Working across retirement living, home care, and care hubs, the role supports integrated, person-centered care by balancing people, process, and system change. The successful candidate will bring clarity, momentum, and collaboration to a complex and evolving portfolio.With integrity and resilience, you will:Project Setup and CoordinationLead and stand up and structure new care innovation projects, including defining scope, timelines, and resource needs.Develop and maintain project documentation (plans, risk registers, status reports).Strategic Delivery SupportWork closely with Innovation and Strategy Lead to ensure projects align with strategic goals.Translate high-level concepts into actionable project plans and deliverables.Stakeholder Engagement and CommunicationCoordinate input from clinical, operational, and corporate stakeholders.Facilitate workshops, meetings, and co-design sessions.Implementation ReadinessSupport the development of tools, frameworks, and training materials to enable implementation.Monitor progress and flag issues or barriers to delivery.What you’ll bringYou’re a strategic thinker with strong project coordination and delivery skills across multiple initiatives. You will bring strategic thinking and system-level insight to anticipate risks, shape direction, and guide execution effectively.You’ll excel at translating strategy into structured plans and actionable steps, ensuring alignment with broader organizational goals and able to engage stakeholders and foster cross-functional collaboration enables seamless execution, even in complex environments.
