- Preparation, verification and posting of month end accrual, reallocation & prepayment journals/adjustments
- Monthly reconciliation and analysis of the company's balance sheet accounts as part of the month-end financial reporting function
- Maintain and review Fixed Asset Register and CAPEX
- Intercompany reconciliations
- Bank Reconciliations
- Assist with external audits
- Preparation and lodgment of monthly BAS
- Reading & interpreting complex contracts
- Ability to read, interpret & apply accounting standards
- Other ad-hoc duties assigned by Finance Manager
- Relevant bachelor’s degree in accounting
- CA/CPA qualified or studying
- 3 + years’ experience in a Financial Accounting role preferably within Chartered or large corporates
- Experience in multisite healthcare essential
- Excellent attention to detail, time management and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High degree of computer literacy including knowledge of Excel, and other accounting software packages – D365 experience is a plus
- FBT experience is a plus
- SQL experience is a plus
- Salary $87,500 to $95,000 base + super
- Full time role with a Hybrid working - 2 days WFH
