- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education and Care or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years continuous experience in a CM role or higher in a long daycare setting
- Strong knowledge of the National Quality Framework and Early Years Learning Framework

- Willingness to continue professional development and contribute to ongoing learning
