- Collaborate with highly skilled, multi-disciplinary teams
- Proven experience applying Scrum and Agile practices in complex delivery environments
- Strong facilitation and coaching skills to lead effective Agile ceremonies
- Excellent communication skills and stakeholder engagement experience
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies across teams - sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives
- Coach and mentor team members in Agile ways of working
- Collaborate with Stream Leads to maintain a clear and prioritised backlog
- Identify and remove blockers to enhance team performance
- Monitor Agile metrics and use insights for delivery optimisation
- Contribute to enterprise-wide Agile transformation efforts
- Engage in cross-team collaboration, including Scrum of Scrums
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability
- Experience driving team collaboration and continuous improvement
- Adaptability in applying Agile to various team contexts
