- Lead sales efforts by providing top-tier technical support and troubleshooting for company's clients via various channels.
- Participate in Australian project bidding-in charge of solution design, technical support, bidding documents;
- Proactively stay up to date with all the latest technologies concerning Sungrow's products and the underlying technologies;
- Australian PV and ESS market's information collection and arrangement;
- Local grid code requirement collection, follow-up local standard requirements;
- Support marketing analysis, includes not limit to customer's feedback, competitor info;
- Maintain strong customer rapport and excellent, timely communication.
- Maintain sales volume to existing and new client by provide the best products, price and solutions.
- Build and maintain the good relationship between company and existing/new client.
- Act as the public speaker and public relations representative of the company in ways that strengthen its profile;
