- Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from developing talent attraction and sourcing strategies, delivering a high touch hiring manager experience, effective candidate management, pre-employment checks compliance, onboarding and reporting on recruitment metrics
- Designing and implementing effective multi-channel sourcing methods to attract and engage suitable candidates for frontline roles across our Funerals business
- Establishing new channels to source quality candidates such as social media campaigns or career events, and acting as a brand ambassador for InvoCare
- Conducting comprehensive screening and interviews to assess candidates
- Building strong relationships with senior leaders and hiring managers within the Funeral Operations business and the P&C team (e.g. HR Business Partners, HR Operations, WH&S)
- Delivering outstanding service to internal customers through engagement, consultation and timely communication
- Supporting the Talent Acquisition Manager (Funerals & Mortuary Strategy & Operations) on continuous improvement initiatives and projects.
- Several years' experience within internal talent acquisition or an RPO environment preferred (or a high-performing agency recruiter seeking a transition to inhouse)
- Omni channel sourcing skills leveraging job boards, social media, talent pooling, internal mobility, referrals and networking
- Strong organisational and time management skills with demonstrated agility and responsiveness to business needs
- Strong business partnering, stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
- A proactive, results-focused mindset and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
- Excellent written and verbal communication with high attention to detail
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems and other recruitment software.
