Our team combines technical excellence with a deep commitment to safety, collaboration, and client success.The OpportunityWe are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of UXO projects. This role is central to ensuring projects are executed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. You will be the key point of contact for clients, building strong relationships while managing diverse project teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders.This is an opportunity to work at the forefront of a specialist field, driving projects that have a tangible impact on safety and development across the region.Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive project plans and proposals in line with client and contract requirements
  • Oversee all aspects of UXO field operations, ensuring strict compliance with safety and quality standards
  • Manage project budgets, track financial performance, and provide accurate reporting
  • Act as primary liaison for clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery
  • Ensure timely and accurate submission of all project documentation
  • Proactively identify project risks and implement effective mitigation strategies
  • Champion continuous improvement across project management processes
About You
  • We are looking for a capable and driven leader with the following:
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in project management or assistant project management, ideally within UXO, environmental, or technical sectors
  • Experience with UXO technical operations (highly desirable)
  • Familiarity with Australian Defence Force (ADF) contracts (preferred)
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proven experience managing budgets and financial reporting
