- Salary: $160k - $190k TFR (inclusive of 12% super) + Tool of Trade vehicle.

- Lead SHEQ strategy and ensure compliance with WHS legislation, standards, and codes of practice.
- Provide expert guidance and training to site teams and subcontractors.
- Conduct audits, lead ICAM investigations, and deliver actionable insights to improve safety outcomes.
- Champion a safe working culture through active engagement and education.
- Collaborate with Ventia's HIMS team on injury management and return-to-work processes.
- Analyse safety data to identify trends and recommend improvements.
- Maintain strong relationships across the AGFMA contract and Ventia's SHEQ network.
- Tertiary qualifications in WHS/SHEQ.
- ICAM accreditation.
- Lead Auditor qualification.
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.
- Strong understanding of WHS legislation and certified management systems.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to travel intrastate and interstate as required.
