- 8-hour shifts scheduled between 7:30am-5:30pm WST, Monday to Friday
- Paid, face-to-face training from 3 November 2025 (8:30am-4:30pm) at our Medibank Perth retail store, 55 St Georges Terrace
- After training, transition to your agreed roster working remotely
- You'll be part of a high-performing team handling over 300,000 calls annually, so comfort with fast-paced, high-volume environments is essential
- Expect to navigate multiple screens and WA Health systems with ease - we'll equip you with the tools and support to succeed
- At least 1 year of experience in a high-volume inbound call centre or customer service role (healthcare or medical reception experience is a bonus)
- A knack for building rapport quickly and showing empathy over the phone
- Confidence navigating multiple systems and screens - you're tech-savvy and comfortable working across complex platforms
