Salary: $65K–$70K base + uncapped commission (paid fortnightly)

- Making high-volume outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to prospective clients
- Follow structured campaign scripts to introduce and pitch solutions
- Qualify leads based on specific criteria (e.g. industry, budget, authority, need, and timeline)
- Book appointments or demos for our client’s sales teams to close deals
- Accurately capture lead information and notes using internal systems and CRM tools
- Maintain consistent activity levels and hit weekly and fortnightly lead generation targets
- 1–2 years experience in BDR, inside sales, telesales, or outbound lead generation
- Confidence on the phone and written communication skills
- Resilient, coachable, and self-motivated with a positive attitude
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage your own outreach pipeline
- A background in tech, SaaS, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or even finance (a plus!)
- A proactive, energetic attitude and eagerness to learn
