- Engage with clients to provide solutions that optimise operations and decision-making across complex environments such as transportation, logistics, mining, and energy
- Provide leadership for Optimal Reality delivery teams and manage day to day delivery challenges with the teams
- Lead and support business development opportunities, including preparing client proposals and scoping up client engagements
- Work with Forward Deployed Engineers to implement clients solutions that are aligned to and part of improve an overarching product vision

We help organisations in asset intensive industries to use data and digital technologies to visualise, understand, control and optimise their network-based operations in real time. We use computer vision and other AI/ML to improve our understanding of what's happening and we use simulation and prediction techniques to optimise for the best possible outcome.Our back end languages include Golang, Julia and Python. We use GraphQL in the BFF layer and our front end applications are built with React and Javascript and uses DeckGL. - 10+ years' experience in leading delivery of complex software projects in a consulting and technology provider environment
- Experienced in capability-lead sales through demonstration and delivery
- Demonstrated experience leading delivery of technical solutions related to technologies in areas such as simulation, operational digital twins and scaled AI and cloud deployments
- Familiar managing projects with languages and tools such as Python, Julia, SQL, Kubernetes, Docker and Terraform
- Experienced as a product owner and proven ability to work in forward deployed engineering model
- Experience in managing project budgets and long-term planning
- Experience managing relationships with public and private sector organisations
- Have or be eligible for AGSVA baseline clearance
