Internal Sales and Customer Service Officer

- Supporting customers via phone, email, and over the counter – providing product info, processing sales, and building rapport for repeat business
- Preparing and following up on quotes, orders, invoices, and delivery timelines
- Coordinating service bookings and liaising with technicians and external suppliers
- Raising purchase orders, checking pricing, and tracking stock levels
- Managing incoming correspondence and performing general office administration (filing, scanning, data entry, etc.)
- Assisting with internal stock control and participating in regular stocktakes
- Backing up other administrative and customer-facing staff as needed
- Previous experience in internal sales, service coordination, or administration
- Strong customer service skills and a friendly, proactive attitude
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office, MYOB (or similar), and supplier ordering platforms
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks and stay organised under pressure
- High attention to detail and clear communication skills
- Willingness to learn, pitch in, and be part of a small, supportive team
- Salary up to $65,000 + Super
