Together we can do more.As an Occupational Therapist within the Aged Care Assessment Team, you will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to conduct comprehensive aged care assessments and provide referrals, support, and information to patients and their families in line with Department of Health and Aging and ACAT guidelines.You will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient, effective, and timely assessments for clients in both acute care facilities and community settings, promoting uniformity and equity of access to Australian government-funded aged care services.
