This role is central to expanding our presence in NSW’s lighting wholesale and retail market. You will:
- Manage and develop a portfolio of established lighting wholesalers, electrical retailers, and independent stores across NSW
- Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and convert warm leads into new business
- Provide expert product knowledge and support, ensuring high client satisfaction and retention
- Conduct all business interactions professionally, ethically, and with a focus on customer success
- Collaborate with internal teams (including logistics and product development) to deliver tailored solutions and efficient service
- Stay up to date with market trends, technology advances, and competitor activity within the lighting industry
- Represent the business as a trusted advisor in the lighting solutions space
We’re seeking a relationship-focused professional with a solid background in sales or account management—ideally within the electrical, lighting, or building products industry.You’ll need:
- Demonstrated experience in account management or B2B sales, preferably in lighting, electrical, or home improvement products
- Familiarity working with wholesalers, electrical retailers, or distributors throughout NSW
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on building long-term partnerships
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple accounts and timelines
- A consultative, solutions-driven approach to solving client challenges
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and other CRM or sales software
