This position is based within the Men’s boutique and would ideally suit a polished and client-focused professional with a passion for menswear, tailoring, and luxury styling. You'll be joining a close-knit, high-performing team, where effort is rewarded, and exceptional service is non-negotiable.About the Role:As a Sales Associate, you’ll be a true ambassador of the brand, creating timeless experiences for clients and building long-term relationships. From styling and suiting to hosting private appointments, this is a consultative and high-touch sales environment.
This role requires someone who is enthusiastic about becoming part of a collaborative and passionate team. Training is extensive, with a structured 4-week onboarding program, including interstate travel and product education.Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional service and exceed individual and boutique sales targets
- Build strong client relationships through genuine interactions and consistent outreach
- Provide expert advice across product categories, with a particular focus on menswear
- Support boutique presentation and operations, ensuring immaculate standards
- Attend events and represent the brand with professionalism and flair
- Minimum 2 years’ retail experience (luxury preferred)
- Genuine interest in men’s fashion and understanding of suiting/sizing
- A client-centric approach and natural ability to build rapport
- Willingness to learn, contribute, and support your team
- A second language is highly regarded
