
Sales Support Officer - permanent role

- Answering phone calls and assisting with sales administrative tasks to help the Sales team succeed.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal teams.
- Handle warranty and roadside assistance inquiries, cancellations, and transfers.
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer and stakeholder requests.
- Identify and suggest process improvements in sales, admin, and operations.
- Support the Finance & Operations team and assist with ad-hoc tasks.
- Follow Privacy Act guidelines and government policies when needed.
- Perform general office and operational duties as required.
- 1-2 years of experience in sales support, customer service, or administrative/team assistant roles.
- Strong phone etiquette and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in data processing and Microsoft Office Suite, including Word and Excel.
- Experience in customer service and/or stakeholder management.
- Intermediate numerical and mathematical skills.
