In this role you will also:
  • Handle post-sales customer inquiries and provide timely and courteous responses
  • Facilitate the warranty claim process, ensuring adherence to warranty policies and procedures.
  • Assist customers with product inquiries, order status updates, and delivery details
About YouAs part of the Vision Store team, you should have proven experience in a customer service or support role, preferably within a supply chain or retail environment. In addition, proven experience in a customer service or support role, preferably within a supply chain or retail environment is encouraged. You will also have:
  • Organised and detail-oriented, with the capacity to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Familiarity with inventory management systems and customer support platforms.
  • Empathetic and patient, with a genuine commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
