- Support the branch team to achieve service and operational outcomes
- Manage member enquiries and provide information on Qudos products and services
- Resolve member queries and complaints, escalating when required
- Actively cross-sell Qudos products and assist with digital banking needs
- Respond to member enquiries via inbox, online, and phone channels
- Complete service interactions using the Qudos Service Model
- Perform account maintenance, document handling, and scanning
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and statutory requirements
- Meet performance and service standards, completing required training on time
- Promote a safe work environment and report WHS incidents promptly
- Constructively challenge and escalate concerns through appropriate channels
- Perform additional duties as directed by Management.
- Strong customer focus with the ability to understand and respond to member needs
- Proven ability to achieve results and take accountability for outcomes
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive relationships
- Adaptability and resilience in a fast-changing environment
- Solid understanding of banking products and services
- Strong experience in sales support within financial services
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and online research tools
- Confident in writing professional business emails and applying basic maths
