
Delivery Manager

- Oversee the delivery of key personalisation and digital experience initiatives in line with business goals.
- Manage and align multiple streams of work across internal and external teams.
- Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, technology teams, and third-party vendors.
- Lead scrum standups on a weekly basis.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders to ensure alignment of vision, expectations, and outcomes.
- Lead project planning, budgeting, risk assessment, and delivery reporting.
- Drive continuous improvement in delivery practices, team performance, and vendor engagement.
- Support change management and user adoption across business units impacted by personalisation initiatives.
- Proven experience as an agile IT Delivery Manager or Program Manager within complex enterprise environments.
- Demonstrated success managing vendor relationships and navigating commercial agreements.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Background in delivering digital or data-driven solutions, ideally in personalisation, CRM, or customer experience platforms.
- Agile delivery experience with a strong understanding of project lifecycle management.
- Confident in managing competing priorities and tight timelines across matrixed organisations.
