Working closely with a high-performing retail teams and head office partners to drive commercial outcomes, lift capability, and build a strong culture across the region, you will have a proven background in multi-site management, preferably in fashion or core retail.We're looking for a dynamic and experienced retail leader - someone who is fast-paced, commercially minded, and thrives on building people, process, and performance.Your Role: Lead, Develop and Drive Results
You'll bring structure, rhythm, and energy to a well-established region, while continuing to evolve it for growth.

Lead a large multi-site portfolio of 15+ stores across southern NSW & Canberra
Coach and support Store Managers to deliver results and grow their teams
Own regional performance across sales, service, people, and operations
Identify challenges quickly, find practical solutions and drive consistent results

About You: Fast-Paced, Commercial and People-First
You're confident and composed, engaged with your team and able to balance pace with professionalism. You know how to connect with teams at all levels, but you also know how to hold the line and get results.

Experience leading 10+ stores, ideally in core fashion retail
Strong commercial understanding: you know how to read the numbers and affect the P&L reports
A structured leader who builds high-performing teams and strong internal culture
Naturally confident in head office environments and reporting to senior stakeholders
Sensational time management and communication skills
Self-motivated, and you know how to inspire your team to achieve results
Focused on learning, development and career progression - for yourself & your teams...
Ability to travel as required from Albury through to South Sydney and Canberra...

$95-110K + Super + Bonus dependant on your prior experience
$18K car allowance & Tools of the trade supplied
