Up to $9K for living expenses and $2.6K meal & entertainment & Novated Leasing.Discounted gym memberships with aEmployee Assistance Program (EAP) for employees and family members.Discounted Private Health Insurance.Selection criteria: * Professional qualification in either Social Work (eligible for membership of AASW), Occupational Therapy with current registration with AHPRA. Clinical psychologists require full registration with the Psychology Board of Australia (PsyBA), with endorsement in Clinical Psychology (or eligibility to progress towards same), along with a minimum two-year full-time APAC-accredited postgraduate Masters or Doctorate degree in clinical psychology.
- Extensive clinical experience in delivering family-based intervention and therapeutic models by applying early intervention philosophy and principles to infants, children, adolescents (O-18 years) and their families/carers.
- Excellent negotiation, decision making and advocacy skills including the ability to interact constructively and collaboratively with a diverse range of stakeholders, throughout all organisational levels.
- Ability to provide in-depth advice and education to enhance service delivery and to guide and support others in providing service excellence, with the capacity to provide clinical supervision to other staff.
- Ability to initiate, lead, complete and share quality improvement initiatives and service evaluation processes and lead ongoing quality improvement activities with other staff.
- Advanced skills in conducting acute/non-acute assessments including risk and management.
- Demonstrated computer literacy skills.
- Current drivers licence (or a willingness to travel in accordance with the demands of the position)
