Career growth - temp to perm opportunity for the right personRole Details📞 Customer Service and Business Support positions✅ Aug/Sept starts📅 Casual assignment working full-time hours | 🚀 37.5 hrs each week across Mon-Fri🎯 Help customers daily - Answer calls and emails (approx. 30-50 per day)🧮 Admin & data entry tasks - Including invoicing and EOM reporting📊 Achieve key metrics - Handling time, quality & customer satisfaction🧠 Proficient in Microsoft Suite - Especially Excel🎓 Full training provided - Feel confident from day one🤝 Supportive & dynamic team - Work with like-minded peopleWhat You Need

Must have a car to get to work as there is no public transport close by
Full-time availability (Mon-Fri) - Visa holders must be eligible for full-time work
6-12 months of recent call centre or high-volume phone-based experience or admin/data entry experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite - Excel, Word, Outlook, CRM systems etc.
Customer centric mindset, you care about providing an A-class customer experience
Resilience & a can-do attitude in a fast-paced environment
Exceptional communication skills - both written and verbal
Professional references from previous employers
